What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to make us stop.
1. Who we are
Vistora Estates (“we”, “us”) provides property visualization services: cinematic walkthrough films, interactive 3D models and relit stills, produced from photographs supplied by our clients. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Quote requests. Your name, email address, the service you are interested in, the property type, the approximate number of photos, and anything you write in the message field.
- Property media. Photographs, video and floor plans you upload so we can produce the deliverables you have ordered.
- Correspondence. Emails you send us and our replies.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. Pages viewed, approximate region, device type, referring site. Collected only if you accept analytics cookies. See section 6.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses and request metadata for security and abuse prevention.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not collect special category data.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

4. Property photographs
Media you upload is used solely to produce the deliverables you ordered. We do not sell it, license it, or use it to train third-party models on our own initiative.
We never publish your property as a portfolio sample without asking you first. Every walkthrough on this site is either our own demonstration piece or published with the owner's written permission.
If a property is occupied, please avoid uploading photographs that identify the occupants, their documents, or their possessions in a way you would not want reproduced. We will flag and exclude anything obviously personal that we notice, but the initial selection is yours.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with processors who help us run the service, each bound by a data processing agreement:
- Hosting and content delivery — to serve this website.
- Email provider — to correspond with you.
- Rendering and generative-AI infrastructure — to produce walkthrough films, 3D models and relit stills from your media.
- Analytics provider — only where you have accepted analytics cookies.
Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.
6. Cookies
This site sets no cookies until you choose. On your first visit a banner asks whether to enable analytics.
- Strictly necessary. One entry in your browser's local storage recording your banner choice, so we do not ask again. This cannot be switched off, and it is not used for tracking.
- Analytics. Set only after you press Accept. Used to count visits and see which pages are read. Decline and none are set.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.
7. How long we keep it
- Quote requests that do not become projects — 12 months, then deleted.
- Project files and delivered work — 24 months after delivery, so we can re-supply lost files. Deleted sooner on request.
- Invoices and accounting records — as required by tax law in our place of establishment.
- Analytics — 14 months, in aggregate form.
8. Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EEA, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, email hello@vistoraestates.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to your national data protection authority.
9. Security
Media is transferred over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Access is limited to the people producing your work. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask that you do not send us documents such as passports, contracts or bank details — we never need them.
10. Children
This service is sold to businesses and property owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified by email.
